I have been getting my eyelashes done by Katie for the last couple of years. She is by far the best. She is super fast but does not miss a lash!! I have never had fuller better lashes by anyone else in less than an hour. Katie is so personable and I love her!!! Not to mention the atmosphere is Beautiful (and so is Katie) and clean. I've had my lashes done by other "professionals" and they ended up looking and feeling like dried-up heavy spider legs. Katie uses top-of-the-line lashes that are so lightweight you don't even know there's something attached to your own. My sister in CA pays twice as much for hers and she doesn't get the individualized attention that Katie gives her clients. Eyelash Extension FAQ's

How long do eyelash extensions last?
Semi-permanent lashes can last up to 2 months depending on the natural growth cycle of your eyelashes and how well you take care of them.

How often should I get touch-ups?
I recommend getting a touch up every three to four weeks. A natural eyelash falls off every 60 to 90 days on average due to the natural growth cycle and is naturally replaced with the growth of a new eyelash. At any given moment, each of your natural eyelashes is at a different stage of its life cycle. A touch up is needed to replenish the lashes that have completed their life cycle.

Will the Eyelash Extensions cause bald spots?
No, these are single lash extensions where 1 lash is placed on an individual lash of your own. The eyelash extension will shed with your natural lash during it's natural shed cycle when a new lash is growing in
-These are NOT flares or the cluster eyelash extensions which are placed as a bunch on a bunch of your lashes. Because those kinds of eyelash extensions do not allow each lash to shed individually with your lashes natural shed cycle, the weight of the flare or cluster causes your healthy/strong lashes to fall out prematurely causing "bald spots"

Can I swim, shower, exercise, or visit a spa while wearing lashes?
Yes. You can enjoy these lashes with little need to adjust your lifestyle. Please do not swim or spa for 48 hours after the procedure to allow the bonding agent to fully cure.

Can I apply mascara to Lashes?
One of the main advantages of lashes is never needing mascara again. However, if you must have the mascara look, only water based mascara can be used. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED OR WATER-PROOF MASCARA. Waterproof mascara along with any type of oil based mascara will dissolve the bonding agent and cause the lashes to fall off.

Do eyelash extensions hurt?
No, Unlike the extensions that come in a strip or bunches that are glued across your lash line-which are known to cause pain and itchiness, these lashes are single lashes that are glued to a single lash of your own. They do not touch the skin of your eyelid and are very comfortable and naturaly feeling.

Can anyone do Eyelash Extensions?

It is State law that you have to have an Esthetic or Cosmetology license to do eyelash extensions legally. This helps to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and the know hows with how skin and hair react to adhesives.

Can you describe the application process?

You will be comfortably reclined with your eyes closed while extensions are applied individually to your natural eyelashes. It generally takes 1.5 hours to apply a new set of lashes and 1-1.5 hours for a Fill. The procedure is so relaxing and comfortable that many clients fall asleep

Are you able to remove the eyelash extensions?
Yes, I have a remover that will safely remove the eyelash extensions from your natural lashes without causing any damage to your natural lashes

Who uses Eyelash Extensions?
Hollywood has long since enjoyed extending their beauty with Eyelash Extensions. Models and actors have been using eyelash extensions for years. Now, you can have them too. Because they look so real, anyone could be wearing them and you would never know!

Is the product FDA approved? Is it safe?
Currently the FDA is not regulating eyelash extensions because the eyelash extensions are applied to the natural eyelash hairs and do not touch the skin. The primary ingredient in the lash glue is the same ingredient used by plastic surgeons in the U.S. for suture-less wound closure.

I love how great Kierstyn's lashes turned out. She has such pretty blue eyes, so even though we didn't go super dramatic, her extensions really stand out and soften up her look. All this without any mascara or eyelash curlers!!

As you can tell Beth had beautiful lashes to begin with and she just wanted her eyes to look a bit more dramatic. We did a 1/2 set on her and didn't go too long but the extensions still really make her eyes stand out leaving her with a very pretty soft look!

I did a Glamorous Set on Jodi and her lashes turned out AMAZING! Jodi had the perfect lashes to begin with and the eyelash extensions really only enhanced her naturally great lashes. I think the eyelash extensions really brighten up her whole face and give her a really fresh look!

So Courtney has such beautiful eyes to begin with. Her shape and color of eyes aren't fair! So take that with the eyelash extensions and look how amazing she looks! Courtney isn't wearing any makeup in her before or after pictures but said she could go out and feel ok without it because her new lashes make her feel "done up" even without makeup . Perfect for Hawaii (where she lives), where you don't want to wear lots of makeup anyway!
